Our Program
At The Power of Her, we are driven by a singular purpose: to create meaningful and sustainable change in the lives of young women and girls by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to lead. Our mission is not just to address immediate challenges but to provide lasting solutions that empower individuals and uplift entire communities.
We believe in the power of collaboration to achieve transformative results. By working alongside dedicated partners and experts, we amplify their efforts and drive sustainable impact. This collective approach enables us to tackle pressing issues and create pathways for women to thrive in leadership, governance, and economic empowerment.
In 2024, our work focused on six key areas: Education, Employability, Leadership & Governance, Technology, Entrepreneurial Support, and Small Business Development. Through direct interventions and strategic partnerships, we empowered women and girls to take charge of their futures, strengthening their roles in society and ensuring they have the resources to succeed.

EMPLOYABILITY
In 2024, The Power of Her remained committed to equipping young women with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the workforce and business world. Through targeted programs and strategic partnerships, we created pathways for sustainable economic empowerment.
The “Her Work, Her Wealth” Initiative provided training and resources to young women, helping them develop entrepreneurial and career-building skills. The “She Leads Bootcamp” offered intensive training on leadership, workplace readiness, and financial independence. Additionally, our Vocational and Digital Skills Training Program empowered participants with practical skills to compete in today’s evolving job market.
By fostering employability and entrepreneurship, The Power of Her continues to transform lives, ensuring that more young women can achieve financial independence and long-term success.
OTHER PROJECTS
In 2024, The Power of Her expanded its reach through impactful initiatives aimed at uplifting young women and fostering community support.
We provided business grants and mentorship to young female entrepreneurs, enabling them to scale their businesses and achieve financial independence. Our Girls in Leadership Program empowered young women with the knowledge and confidence to take on leadership roles in politics, governance, and business.
Additionally, we launched community-based initiatives focused on mentorship, advocacy, and personal development, ensuring that young women have access to safe spaces where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Through these projects, The Power of Her continues to drive meaningful change and create opportunities for women to lead.
