in the mind-set of female youths in the state both in being closer to the government of Delta state and holding leadership roles in the Delta state Government. It is also a platform where young women can recognize their potential and express their perspectives on achieving their goals, particularly in the fields of politics and governance. HER initiatives is to bridge the gender gap and inspire young women in Delta State, enabling them to actively participate in governance and assume leadership roles In furtherance, the initiative will also act as an umbrella body
through which the Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori will address other Gender related issues in the state. The journey towards transforming the perception of female youths in our society commences with a collective effort from each one of us. By rectifying minor injustices, eliminating biases, and fostering an inclusive environment, we can make a tangible difference in our immediate surroundings.
